Booking Terms
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Verde Holding Kft. All bookings must be made by persons 18 years or older.
A booking is confirmed once we have received your reservation request and payment (if applicable). We will send you a confirmation email with booking details.
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with these terms and conditions.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be communicated during the booking process. We accept bank transfers and may offer other payment methods.
A security deposit may be required and will be returned after check-out, subject to inspection for damages.
All prices are in Hungarian Forints (HUF) unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking period and dates. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.
To cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Liability
The villa owner (Verde Holding Kft.) is not liable for:
- Personal injury or accidents on the property
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Interruptions to utilities or services
- Weather-related issues
Guests use all facilities and amenities at their own risk. We recommend guests have appropriate travel insurance.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
